Welcome to our website.
The Church’s financial year runs from 1st September to 31st August. Each year the Finance Committee produces a financial plan and a five year forecast. We plan carefully for future building maintenance and other major expenditure items, setting a fundraising target annually so that we do not erode the reserves we need to retain in case of emergencies. In 2011/12, the Church hopes to raise £15,000 towards the costs of our layworker and sustaining our work with children and young people. We are very grateful for the grants we have received from the Rank Foundation and the Stockport and Manchester District.
The Church are also asking people to consider giving regularly through setting up a standing order arrangement with their Bank and by using the Gift Aid Scheme. At the links below you will find:
